Premier Health's skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, SpringMeade Health Center, has earned the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) five-star rating in quality measures.

CMS calculates star ratings for nursing homes based upon health inspections, staffing and quality of resident care measures.
