Patient Meals

Meals are served to patients during the following hours:

Hours: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (The kitchen is closed from 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.)

• Breakfast: 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Dinner: 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Atrium Medical Center

Atrium Café

Atrium Café is a full-service restaurant featuring a deli, pizza station, hot entrees, a specialty food bar, and assorted grab-and-go items.

Located off the main hospital lobby. Hours subject to change on holidays.

• Daily: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Market Coffee

Serves specialty coffees and coffee-based drinks, Frappuccino’s, Refreshers, as well as pastries, muffins, salads, soup and sandwiches to go. 

Market Coffee is located off the main lobby. Times are subject to change.

• Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Closed on Weekends and Holidays

Miami Valley Hospital

Market Café

Market Café offers a variety of entrées, sandwiches, salads, drinks, and more.

Located on the ground floor, zone B (from elevator B, turn right).

• Daily: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Monday through Friday: 1 a.m. – 4 a.m.

Valley Café

Valley Café is a food court concept that offers a variety of healthy meal selections. Including Market Coffee, Café Grill, Café Flavors, and Café Sandwich crafters.

Located on the first floor, zone A, across from the Gift Shop.

• Open Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Closed holidays. 

Café Express

Fresh-baked personal pizzas, grab-and-go items, and beverages.

Located on the first floor, zone E, next to the Emergency Department.

• Monday through Friday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
• Weekends and holidays: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Market Coffee

Market Coffee provides specialty brewed coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, Frappuccino’s and Refreshers during overnight hours.

Located in the Main Lobby of the hospital, zone D under the stairway from the walkway.

• Sunday through Thursday: 11 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Miami Valley Hospital North

Market Coffee

Market Coffee is offering a variety of menu items as well as specialty brewed coffee and espresso-based beverages.

Located off the main lobby.

• Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Closed weekends and holidays. 

Miami Valley Hospital South

Valley Café

Valley Café offers fresh-baked personal pizzas, made to order sandwiches/wraps, salad bar and more.

• Monday through Friday: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Upper Valley Medical Center

UVMC Café

Open to visitors, staff, physicians, and volunteers.

Located on the lower level.

• Daily: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Market Coffee

Market Coffee serves specialty brewed coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, Frappuccino’s, Refreshers, and pastries. 

Located in the lower level of the hospital across from the cafeteria.

• Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Kobricks Coffee Shop serves Kobricks brand specialty coffees and coffee-based drinks, as well as pastries, and muffins.

Located off the main hospital lobby.

Miami Valley Hospital

Kobricks serves specialty brewed coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, fruit smoothies, and pastries.

Located in the Main Lobby of the hospital, zone D under the stairway from the walkway.

• Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Closed holidays. 

Upper Valley Medical Center

Winans Coffee and Chocolate

Winans serves specialty brewed coffee, coffee-based drinks, smoothies, and teas. They also have muffins, pastries, and chocolate.

Located in main lobby.

• Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Closed Sundays and holidays.

Vending Machines

Atrium Medical Center

Vending machines are available 24 hours a day for snacks, sandwiches, and beverages off the main dining room of The Atrium Café near the main hospital lobby. Additional vending machines for snacks and cold drinks can be found in other areas of the hospital for your convenience. Any staff member will be happy to provide directions.

Miami Valley Hospital

There are vending options available 24 hours a day in several locations throughout the hospital.

Miami Valley Hospital North

Vending machines are available 24 hours a day across from the coffee shop on the first floor.

Miami Valley Hospital South

Vending machines are available 24 hours a day off the Emergency Department lobby and Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. on the first floor of the Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Upper Valley Medical Center

Vending machines are located in the dining area and Emergency Department. Seasonal dining is available on the patio outside the dining area.
