Radiation Oncology Services Receives National Accreditation

Radiation Oncology Services consistently commits to clinical excellence, most recently evidenced through a four-year accreditation by the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).

A joint venture of Premier Health, Dayton Physicians Network, and Wayne HealthCare, Radiation Oncology Services is the only program in the Dayton area to receive accreditation by ASTRO’s Accreditation Program of Excellence, according to Ryan Steinmetz, MD, medical director for Premier Health radiation oncology. This independent accreditation program employs a rigorous review process that evaluates comprehensive practice standards and performance, including safety, quality, and patient-centered care. Miami Valley and Southwest Ohio patients benefit from this clinical excellence at six convenient locations close to home.
