Premier Health has a "top down" approach to supplier diversity, where leadership is accountable for the results of our program. We work to ensure supplier diversity is integrated into our strategic sourcing and procurement processes to generate efficiency, innovation, and increased opportunities for diverse suppliers in the communities we serve. Cultivating relationships by establishing partnerships with the diverse business community, business resource partners, and community organizations is how we've been able to build our program and fortify best practices that have helped strengthen the economic fabric of our economy in our region.

We track and report our metrics quarterly to ensure our goals are being address at each site. Our commitment is emphasized by all levels of management and communicated to all team members and stakeholders. Premier Health is committed to ensuring that supplier diversity is integrated into our strategic sourcing and procurement processes to generate efficiency, innovation, and increased opportunities.

Premier Health will oversee a diverse procurement program and foster an atmosphere that invites the broadest possible participation of all supplier sources.

We will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to seek out diverse classification suppliers, evaluate them and add them to the supplier resource list.

Recognizing that diverse suppliers are an important part of the total business population, Premier Health may interview diverse suppliers as appropriate, evaluate their services and visit their places of business.

Premier Health will take the following steps to improve our diverse supplier supplier base:
