Community Benefit Contribution Guidelines

Premier Health community benefits contributions are discretionary funds and grants available to organizations in Southwest Ohio that are working to create healthier communities by helping people attain healthy, productive lives.

The programs we consider for contributions affect the health of people who live in the eight counties we serve: Butler, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Shelby, and Warren counties.
