To make sure you get the care you need, the way you want it, we offer a variety of care options that you can access from home. If you experience symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please use one of these telehealth options in order to minimize the risk of exposure to yourself and others.
Video Visits, Phone Visits, and e-Visits with Your Premier Physician Network Provider
For our Premier Physician Network patients, we have several avenues for safe and easy access to the care you need. Our convenient telehealth appointment options include:
- Video visit with your provider: a
real-time appointment with your provider, by video
- Test Your Smart Device or Computer before your video visit
- A phone visit with your provider
- E-Visit - emailing your provider through your MyChart® account

If your provider suspects you may be infected with COVID-19, he or she will determine the most appropriate place to send you for testing to ensure you get the right care and minimize spread. Please do not go directly to your doctor’s office without calling first, since many can isolate at home without being evaluated in person.

Your virtual visit is conducted by the same urgent care providers that staff our physical locations. This helps provide peace of mind knowing that your virtual visit is with the same trusted team of local providers you’ve come to know and trust.
We welcome patients of all ages, children and adults, for minor illness or injury when you don’t need emergency care,including flu, allergies, rash, urinary tract infection, and more. No appointment is needed.
You can choose an urgent care video visit even if you are not connected to a physician. No apps or special software will need to be downloaded, and no lengthy registration process is required. Getting started is fast and easy!
