Premier Health has received reports of fraudulent emails claiming that recipients have a “MyChart Medicare Kit” waiting for them. These messages are not from Premier Health and are part of a phishing scam designed to steal personal information.

If you receive an email with a subject line like “Your MyChart Medicare Kit Awaits!”, please take the following precautions:

• Do not click any links, including any “unsubscribe” links.
• Do not provide personal, financial, or health information.
• Do not reply to the email.
• Delete the email immediately.

How to Identify a Scam Email

• Be cautious of unexpected emails offering Medicare kits, benefits, rewards, or account updates.
• Verify the sender’s email address. Official Premier Health MyChart communications will come from donotreply@mychart.premierhealth.com.
• Watch for spelling errors, unusual wording, urgent requests, or links directing you to unfamiliar websites.
• Be suspicious of emails requesting personal or financial information or asking you to take immediate action.
