Simulation Education

The Premier Health Bioscience and Simulation Center offers simulation education for Premier Health’s medical staff, residents and associated staff (such as respiratory therapists). The center is located on the ground floor of the Research Building at Miami Valley Hospital.

You can schedule an individual or group training session for the following:

• Conscious sedation certification
• Airway management
• Central line placement
• Mock code training
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Qualified instructors, including physicians, staff the center on weekdays and provide training by appointment.

Premier Health Learning Institute clinical educators also are available to assist Premier Health's physicians and residents with simulation needs, including interdisciplinary mock codes, safety drills and practice sessions.
