Nicole Taylor, APRN-CNP, FNP-C

Nicole earned Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami University in Hamilton, OH in 2013.

She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Nicole has been a registered nurse since 2013. She brings 6 years of nursing in emergency and intensive care units to her career.

Nicole is a part of Premier Health’s NEUROne General Neurology program. Patients at Atrium Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital South, Miami Valley Hospital North, and Upper Valley Medical Center may see Nicole on our teleneurology technology.
