Employee Resource Groups
Premier Health is committed to continuing to create a culture of inclusion and belonging. As part of that commitment, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntarily led by employees and/or executive sponsors throughout the organization.
ERGs provide an open forum where employees with shared interests can collaborate to advance the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion, support cultural events as requested, and serve as a key resource in brainstorming and sharing ideas, information, and experiences to enhance a culture of inclusion.
