Nursing Recognition Program
Every day, we witness nursing colleagues demonstrate exceptional knowledge, caring, compassion, and the art and science of nursing practice at Premier Health facilities. Premier Health honors nursing services employees in various ways throughout the year, including the DAISY Award and Everyday Heroes Award, both of which are open to public nominations, and the annual Premier Health Nursing Recognition Awards.
The Nursing Recognition Awards are a means to personally acknowledge nursing colleagues who excel in the areas of: Novice of The Year, Lifetime Achievement, Cameos in Caring, Clinical Practice, Education, Leadership, Performance Improvement/Research, and Preceptorship. We also recognize our essential partners (physicians, pharmacists, social workers, intake/CCC, lab, administrative assistants, home health aides, rehab/therapy, scheduling, and more) through the Partner in Practice award.
