The Premier Health New Graduate Nurse Residency is an evidence-based training program that focuses on leadership, patient outcomes and professional role as the new graduate nurse enters practice. The program is designed to use effective decision-making skills, provide clinical nursing leadership at the point-of-care, incorporate research-based evidence into practice and formulate an individual developmental plan.
