• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. to Noon

Rafay Atiq, MD

• Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kuhurani Hussain, MD

• Tuesday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Stephen E. Liptak, PsyD

• Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Public Transportation: Public transportation to our office is available by calling (937) 335-RIDE (7433) to schedule a pick-up time.

Directions to the Office: From Interstate 75 – Take exit 78 for North County Road. 25A. Turn right onto North County Road 25A. The entrance to the Upper Valley Medical Center campus is about one mile ahead on the right. Turn right onto the main campus drive and go over a set of train tracks. Take the first right and continue up a small hill until you reach a Stop sign. If you look ahead to the left from the stop sign, our building is the long, two-story brick building with green shutters.
