Trotwood Physician Center

Trotwood Physician Center provides comprehensive care to every member of your family. We provide no waiting for new patients, same-day appointments, and later hours on some days.

Established patients are encouraged to sign up for MyChart, a confidential web-based messaging system for convenient communication with your health care provider.

For your convenience, the staff at Trotwood Physician Center can send any prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

• Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Dr. Isaac Corney

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
• Wednesday and Friday: 7:30 a.m. to Noon

Dr. Duane Dickens

• Monday and Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Thursday and Friday: 7:30 a.m. to Noon

Ann Smith, APRN

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. to Noon

Lisa Staley, CNP

• Monday and Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
