Englewood Parkinson’s Wellness Program Sessions

If you’re living with Parkinson’s disease, this unique exercise program may offer valuable support. The Parkinson's Wellness Program is based on evidence that indicates that consistent, structured exercise can retrain both your mind and body to keep you in control. Through targeted strength-training routines, the program aims to help you move more freely, reduce stiffness, improve handwriting, and increase your independence in daily activities.
