RN Transition Fellowship

If you're an RN with LTC or ECF experience, Premier Health is offering an RN Transition Fellowship designed to help you successfully move into the hospital care setting. The RN Transition Fellowship is an individualized, evidence-based new hire program that's tailored to meet the learning needs of RNs new to the acute care setting.
