Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat tortillas, 8” (taco size)
- 1/4 cup pizza (or marinara) sauce
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced veggies (bell peppers, onion, olives, spinach)
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed (optional)
- Dried chili flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place tortillas, stacked, on perforated pizza pan (preferred) or baking sheet
- Spread pizza (or marinara) sauce on top tortilla evenly, leaving a border of about 1/2 inch without sauce
- Sprinkle fennel seed and chili flakes evenly over sauce, if desired. Top evenly with cheese, followed by veggies.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes
