Premier Health provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at 21 locations across Southwest Ohio, offering convenient access to specialized, evidence-based care.
Services include:

- overhead athlete/worker care
- speech and cognitive evaluations
- oncology and lymphedema therapy

- multidisciplinary outpatient neurorehabilitation (available at Atrium Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital North, Upper Valley Medical Center, and Miami Valley Hospital Brown Street)
Our clinics utilize advanced technology to support optimal outcomes. Therapies include dry needling, custom hand splinting, foot orthotics, electrical stimulation, and neuromuscular feedback. The facilities also feature supported gait systems, AlterG® treadmills, treadmill pools, and vestibular rehabilitation tools.
Premier Health Sports Medicine and Athletic Training supports 40 local school districts, providing injury prevention, management, and game/practice coverage. Licensed athletic trainers also provide medical support for more than 40 community events annually, including the Air Force Marathon, Friday Night Lights, and regional sports camps.
Rehabilitation Services plays an active role in education, mentoring more than 100 students annually from 35 universities, including two post-graduate specialty physical therapy residents, and hosting 150 high school observers. Providers also deliver more than 175 hours of in-person clinical education each year.
