Total knee replacements tend to last on the average a 10 year survival rate meaning the amount of people that make it to 10 years with their original replaced knee in is about 90 to 95%. At 15 years it seems that about 80 to 85% are still in and at 20 years the survival rate of a total knee is 70 to 75%.
