Midwives, again, want to provide the birth and the experience in conjunction to the women's desire. Yes, they can have an epidural if they would like some medication, possibly through an IV, or other pain techniques. We will explore that as well. Yes, if a woman desires an epidural right from the start as she's in labor, a midwife would be happy to provide that for her. Now, does the midwife actually do the epidural? No. We work in partnership with the hospital staff, the anesthesia staff to provide that for her, but we're more than happy to take care of a woman with an epidural as well. If complications arise during birth and delivery, midwives are in partnership with physicians, so we have a physician that will either be in the hospital or close to the hospital that we can collaborate with and speak with them if a C-section is needed, if any type of complication, or again, risk factors arise, or you become high risk during labor. We will collaborate with our physician and determine the best course of care for you.
