Think of this place as just an extension of your regular doctor's office – that we're here when he's not there. So, you'd want to come here for basically any reason you would want to go to his office, or her office, for an urgent visit: colds, lacerations, injuries, just what would you end up going to your regular doctor for and that's what we're here for. This is not a location if you're having a heart attack or if you've been in a serious accident. You really want to hit the emergency room at that point, but we are here for pretty much every thing else.
After Hours Care has limited labs that we do here. The ones we mostly do are Strep screens. We can do urinalysis; we can do urine pregnancy tests. We actually have the ability to a Mono test on those occasions. We are able to do splints, if you have a fracture or a sprain that needs to be splinted, we have the material to do that.
