.The process of the bike fitting involves the therapist taking some basic measurements, flexibility measurements, of the person, of the cyclist, also then taking extensive measurements of the bicycle frame itself, looking at the seat in relation to the handlebars and the seat in relation to the bottom bracket. The cyclist will get on the bike and do a warm up for five to ten minutes and then the bicycle fitter will videotape the cyclist during a dynamic aspect of cycling. There's a computer program that's used that looks at the body angles and gives us the angles of that to see what that person's at. We make adjustments to the bicycle depending on the angle of that rider. Then we get the cyclist back on the bike and look at the angles again to see how the before and after picture looks.
