Premier Community Health - Free Health Care Services
Take a proactive approach to living a healthy lifestyle by participating in our health screening event. Premier Community Health will be blood pressure, blood glucose, and A1c checks to community members, at absolutely no cost. Screenings are available to anyone 18 years and older. Walk-ins only.
