Biometric Screening Packages

Screenings are tests that look for diseases before symptoms appear. They can help detect diseases in their early stages, when they're easier to treat. Screenings play an important part in workplace wellness programs, helping to identify potential health risks among your workforce and providing data to help with wellness-program planning. Premier Community Health offers three biometric screening packages to help you assess the overall health of your employees.

Biometric Screening Package I

This package includes:

• Total cholesterol/HDL (good cholesterol)
• Blood glucose
• Blood pressure
• Height, weight, and body mass index (BMI)

Biometric Screening Package II

This package includes:

• Total cholesterol/HDL (good cholesterol)
• LDL, triglycerides (bad cholesterol)
• Blood glucose
• Blood pressure
• Height, weight, and body mass index (BMI)
• Hemoglobin A1C testing

Biometric Screening Package III

This package includes:

• Total cholesterol/HDL (good cholesterol)
• LDL, triglycerides (bad cholesterol)
• Blood glucose
• Blood pressure
• Height, weight, and body mass index (BMI)
• Hemoglobin A1C testing
• Cotinine testing
